How weight works

Weight = staked VOLT × tier boost. Each hour's JOULE is split across total weight, so your share is your weight divided by everyone's. Flexible stakes earn at 1.00x and can leave any time; 30, 90 and 180-day locks earn 1.25x, 1.5x and 2x.
